He took part in the "Continuous Progress" project, which includes the design, development and implementation of effective methods and processes supported by new technology solutions.

At the same time, accounting, payroll, tax compliance and tax consultancy services for the customers of the e-commerce finance project company WorqCompany (WorqCompany.com), one of the largest initiatives to expand the e-commerce ecosystem in Turkey, are also provided by Baran's 9-person team by Monetics. Gross sales in this area alone reached the level of 3.5 Million TL and the export level reached 8 Million TL in a short time.
